Curved Head Flutes
The flutes on this page are supplied with a curved headjoint, designed for smaller players (usually up to the age of 9 or 10). A curved head puts a 'U' bend in the head of the flute, bringing the keys of the flute closer to the player's body.
Most of the models we choose to stock come with both a curved and straight headjoint, so you don't need to buy anything extra when your child is ready to move off the curve: just switch to the straight head provided, and off they go!
