From the Publisher

Written for the late principal flutist of the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, Wolfgang Schulz, and his children Matthias and Veronika, this trio for the unusual combination of two flutes and violin provides equal opportunities for all three musicians to shine. This piece is printed for the first time, just in time to celebrate Austrian composer Fridolin Dallinger’s 85th birthday on 16 February 2018. A student of Helmut Eder and Robert Schollum, Dallinger has been awarded numerous awards, including the Österreichischer Staatspreis, and is a renowned pedagogue.
