In Timeless Classics you will take a musical journey through several centuries. Ten highlights of musical literature, from the beginning of the 16th century to the 19th century, are explored in turn, including Mr. Dowland’s Midnight (John Dowland), Amazing Grace (Trad), Kemp’s Jig (Anon), Tordiglione (Carlo Calvi), Mascarade (Robert de Visée) and Melodie (Robert Schumann). The guitar parts are of course provided. The guitar is ideal as an accompanying instrument and performing with a guitarist is inspiring and educational. If, however, there is no guitarist available, you can always use the enclosed CD. It features complete demo tracks and also play-along trackswith just the guitar accompaniment.
