Our Description

The late Ewen McDougall is one of the best known of the generation of British flutemakers, with a connection to the great Rudall Carte. His flutes are artistically crafted in sterling silver or gold, the technical details of which ensure a fine playing response and even scale.

General Condition

This headjoint is in good overall condition. There are a few cosmetic markings as would be expected from general use, with a slightly deeper mark near the crown, however these are purely cosmetic and will not affect the tone or playability in any way.

This item is sold “as seen”. It has not been checked in our workshop prior to sale, and this is reflected in the selling price.
