Pre-Owned Emanuel Solid Flute Headjoint with 14k Rose Riser

Our Description

This headjoint was made using the dimensions from the tubing of an original Louis Lot flute owned by William Bennett.

General Condition

This headjoint has been through the workshop prior to sale and is in good condition throughout. There are a number of surface scratches, however these will not impact the playability at all. 

About Emanuel Flutes

Manuel (also known as Emanuel) Arista - brother of Miguel and Juan Arista, but a totally separate business - has been building instruments from his Boston workshop since 1978. Today’s Emanuel Flutes and headjoints are the product of his singular commitment to the art and craft of flute-making. 

Initially working for the Arista flute company, Emanuel introduced Emanuel Flute #1 in 1991 at the National Flute Association’s convention in Washington, D.C. At his first convention, he sold his first two flutes and was commissioned to make Emanuel Flute #3 for Gian-Luca Petrucci of Rome. In a successful finish to the company’s first year, Emanuel Flute #4 was purchased by Maxence Larrieu.
