Phrygian Cap for Flute, Violin, Cello and Piano, Op. 3 No. 5

This wonderful piece by the imaginative Turkish composer and flute player Hakam Halit Turgay is full of colour and energy. It's pulsating character is driven by the relentlessness of the 7/8 and fast speed making the writing for all four instruments challenging but exciting to play. This would add an extra dimension to any mixed chamber concert and be a rare treat for the audience!
