“Great music for alto”
Chris Hankin Just Flutes staff member - [email protected]
Also available by Bruce Levine: Scottish Blues for Bass Flute.
There isn't very much music for alto flute with the performance direction 'Lightly (in your best Music Hall style)', so I was intrigued to play this piece. It's such fun! It's not difficult and stays safely in the low register with the accompaniment adding the interest. Scottish Blues is in the same style. Great demonstration or encore material.
