“Dance music!”
Chris Hankin Just Flutes staff member - [email protected]
This is fun! Here are four attractive dance movements which are really good to play. Baloulou, in 7/8 is full of life and the unison rhythm means that there is real energy to the writing. Banadry is a gentle waltz, Balotin uses syncopation to produce its jazz feel and Balette, despite a simple rhythmic structure, will test ensemble skills. It's all very sunny and positive!
