KEBYAR recalls a Balinese dance and music style arising at the beginning of this century. Strong unpredictable contrasts and an ecstatic but always controlled 'wildness' are significant for that style.
Although the piece is called KEBYAR, there is no evidence that it has anything to do with Balinese music. It is just a private title dealing with a private idea that arose after listening to Balinese KEBYAR music for some years
