“Happy music!”
There are eight duets here, almost all are fast, and all make you want to get up and play! These are substantial pieces and although the note ranges of both instruments are within easy reach, the technical challenges posed are more than enough to master. Particular highlights are the Bruni Rondeau which zips along passing the tune between the instruments, and the lovely samba O Bicho Fallou by E Souto. It's all so easy on the ear and great to play. Happy music for everyone!
