These quartets have been written with groups of young players in mind. The use of simple, unison rhythms, a smaller range of notes, and attractive and familiar tunes will hopefully inspire beginners. Why not try playing all the parts? Constists of The Hootchy Kootchy Dance, Aloha 'Oe, The Mexican Clapping Song (also known as Chiapanecas), We Shall Not Be Moved and Pokarekare Ana.
Difficulty guide: 0-2
Difficulty level, roughly compared to ABRSM exam grades. 0 is total beginner, 9 is advanced (beyond grade 8).
