This set includes full score and set of parts. Divertimento dates from May 1956 and started life as a fun piece for the reed trio so popular with the French: Oboe, Clarinet in Bb and Bassoon. Contents Prelude Romanza Minuet and Trio Rumba Later, Mary Chandler re-scored the piece for Flute, Oboe and Piano, to suit the group with which she was then working. It has been played in both forms the Piano Trio version was broadcast by the Aulos Trio in the late 1950s. This original reed trio version was first published by Phylloscopus Publications in 1992.Item Details
