This collection of 11 original Bb clarinet quartets (4 standard Bb clarinets) by Keri Degg are perfect for students who are new to ensemble playing. Graded at between grades 0-2, the pieces styles have been inspired from many genres including film scores (hints of American Beauty in there, and reflective war films). These 'grown up' quartets are simple yet with enough melodic interest in all parts to keep things interesting. Part 4 rarely ever travels above the break so is a wonderful to encourage a less experienced/confident player in an ensemble setting.
