2020 marks the 80th anniversary of the creation of the Blessington Lakes outside Dublin. A village lies under the reservoir and its sinking was traumatic for those forced from their houses and land.
Blessington has the ring of a famous hymn tune echoing across a lake with church bells ringing in the distance.
