Roland Batik (born 19 August 1951) is an Austrian pianist, composer, jazz musician and piano teacher. In the style of his compositions, he is seeking a fusion of classical elements with Jazz. His piano music sells worldwide and is very highly respected. His music is frequently broadcast on Austrian radio.
Originally for piano solo the work was rearranged for 2 Pianos and 4 Hands. The original simple and lovable melody was worked out pianistically extremely sensitively and is a great a catchy tune.
