This book is just right if you want to explore the traditional music of Argentina. Ros Stephens has grouped the tunes by the different styles, resulting in a coherent journey through the rhythms we all love. Interesting performance notes make fascinating reading and bring the music to life. Play along tracks are available on line. The duets are particularly appealing, as is the stand alone CD which features the lovely playing of Alison Hayhurst. A useful book.
