Afro-Latin Bassoon Duets
From the Publisher
Previously published for flutes, clarinets or saxophones, Florian Bramböck’s Afro-Latin Duets are now available for a pair of that most agile of woodwind instruments, the bassoon. This is a collection of Florian’s arrangements of traditional pieces from that exotic musical genre as well as some of his own compositions that perfectly capture the style. Why should the smaller woodwind instruments have all the fun? The bassoon is more than capable of playing lighter music and players of early to advanced standards will enjoy letting their hair down at the same time as learning the exciting rhythms that go to make up these colourful sounds.
Great fun for two bassoons in Afro-Latin styles, these duets will be terrific educational material for teachers and students of the bassoon.
