Our Description
Everyone sings - whether you push a lung-full of air though a larynx in an opera house, pull a bow across a string in a concert hall, blow breath though a tube in an orchestra, or even just sing in the shower - everyone sings. All too often people forget to sing when playing an instrument, but for beginners and young children, knowing the music they are supposed to be singing gives them a useful head start. Therefore, a natural choice of themes for this collection was opera, as so many operatic arias have become famous through their use by the media - many of the following arias will be recognised from television adverts and the like. 'If music be the food of love, sing on . . . ' William Shakespeare
