Product Reviews: Jazz Flute Tunes, Level/Grade 2 (includes CD)

There are some terrific tunes in here for your young player to get stuck into. Nice open piano arrangements and a CD of accompaniments. I quite like the CD as this means that the student can go along to the exam with the exact accompaniment that they've been rehearsing with for months. Also handy for lessons. That also means that the exam doesn't have to be staged at a time to suit you, the teacher / accomp. It also means that you don't have to worry about damaging their chances by getting something wrong on the piano. Don't forget that not every exam centre hosts the jazz exams, so this CD is, again, a real help (it might be a very long way to travel if you had to play piano, -as it is here in Bournemouth). It certainly helped me out recently.
