I recently bought this strap, together with a BG clarinet thumb rest cushion and together they have revolutionised my clarinet practice. As an adult learner (actually a pensioner) with an arthritic thumb, I was finding the weight of the clarinet increasingly painful, but all this has now changed and my playing has improved as a result. Very satisfied.

This neck strap is very comfortable to wear and can be easily adjusted with one hand and also serves it's purpose very well by taking the strain off my aching right thumb.
I highly recommend this product to anyone who has thumb fatigue.
