Product Reviews: Pearl B525-HC "Quantz Brezza" Flute

I'm just returning to playing the flute after a 36-year hiatus. I researched quite a bit to find the flute that I thought would be a good fit for me. I am pleased to say that the Quantz Brezza is the perfect fit for me. A quality flute with room to grow if I want to remove the plugs to have it be open hole as my flute playing skills evolve. It sounds great and is a delight to play. The ordering process was easy and I received email updates throughout the preparation for shipment and then received shipment details. I received my new flute on the date that was estimated. I ordered it on a Friday and received it on the West Coast of the US the following Friday. I'm also pleased with the Pre-Sale Set Up where they take the time to check all aspects of the flute to make sure it is in top form upon arrival to me. I received the flute with the confidence that it is a quality instrument and no shortcomings that can sometimes happen from the manufacturer. I 100% recommend both the Quantz Brezza and Just Flutes as a whole. Oh, and I also like that I can send the flute back within one year of purchase for a check-up and that my flute comes with a 3-year warranty.

I have waited forever in my life to be able to buy a new flute, and this one hasn't disappointed.
I ordered on Christmas eve, and while I knew I was in for a wait, I was pleasantly surprised that it turned up on the 3rd January.
I then proceeded to unpack my new shiny best friend! The packaging was very good, I was a little worried about having a flute sent via DHL or any delivery company to be fair, but it arrived in tip top condition!
I then proceeded to play for the rest of the day, and while it took some getting used to, as this is quite a step up from my old student flute, I found the top registers crystal clear! The lower registers will take a bit more practice, but the tone is beautiful, and wonderfully loud! I tried without the silicone stoppers in to begin with, if you've never played open hole before, I found this quite difficult. I popped them back in, and i was off! Will try again when I've bonded with my new silver pal. Over all I'm extremely pleased with my new purchase, and can't thank the staff enough at just flutes for their patience and knowledge. What a superb team you have. Thank you so much. I'll be back for more items.
