Having lost my original mouthpiece cap (which rolled under staging to be lost forever) I tried several ill-fitting cheap plastic caps - which never matched my preferred ligature.
This metal lacquered tenor saxophone mouthpiece cap perfectly fits both my Yamaha and Rico Graftonite mouthpieces (with reed and ligature) and is exactly what I've been looking for for some time!
