Product Reviews: Jupiter JFL-700EC Flute

Easy to order, arrived very quickly. Beautiful flute with very useful accessories, including hard case, padded carry case, folding stand and cleaning cloths. Also box doubles as a desk top music stand. Could not register with manufacturer in Germany as do not accept postal addresses from UK. But Just Flutes offers free 12 month check up. Could not be more happy with my purchase.

My online order with Just Flutes was seamless. The flute arrived promptly and very well packaged with the additions of a soft case, cloths and small stand . The flute is nice and responsive and a great improvement on my old one. I would have given 5 stars but for the difficult process of obtaining the 5 year warranty which is advertised. This is outside Just Flute's control but currently the Jupiter website's drop down list does not include the UK. I have therefore had to get this by emailing Jupiter Flutes. It has taken a little time but they recognise the problem and intend to get this resolved, hopefully soon.
