I had no idea what type of upgraded flute my daughter needed. The website was clear and had lots of options, not just in terms of flute make but prices. Such a great company and the flute arrived. already serviced, within days of ordering!

This flute seems to be of excellent quality as far as I can tell - being a complete beginner.

I needed a back up flute, with Grade 7 and 8 Jazz flute exams coming up in the near fiture, and was struggling to find someone who could help me out.

Found just Flutes by accident, and after a few enquiries got sorted with a new flute.

Surprised at how much care and attention went into the pre order / post order requirements, before dispatch.

Could not fault the overall cost for the flute, very pleasantly surprised at price, as was expecting to pay more than I actually did.

Flute turned up as advised and it was both immaculate and set up, so no worries there.

Very professional service, and they have a good set up.

Spare flute will be with them shortly for a service and reset as it is 8yrs old.

My son has been playing with a hire flute for a couple of years now. He had reached a limit with that flute and knowing that buying was a big investment and not playing an instrument myself, I needed a little hand holding through the process.

The new Yamaha flute is his most treasured possession, I had not appreciated how much difference it would make. It is now very clear that the previous flute was frustrating his progression.

In short, thank you for the guidance, my son is far better off now. I may still be ignorant, but now I know where to get good advice.

n.b. I really like the explanation videos, especially the servicing information.

I'd considered the more expensive 312, but I'm very pleased with the 212SL. Good sound, easy to play, and the peace of mind that comes with buying from Just Flutes.
