Very effective remedy for loose foot joints. However, I found some cheaper slug repeller sticky back copper tape in my shed recently and found that does the job equally effectively!

Bought this as I had a seamed tube head joint which I did not want to have expanded to fit a particular flute. Easy to apply and seems durable. Magic tape works well for the same purpose but does not last very long in my experience.
