5 out of 5 “A musical "poem"”

I knew that Pearl flutes were sort of the best in the flute world but i tested my Pearl with my teacher and we were speachless with the quality of the sound,
the easyness in which the notes were produced from the flute with very little effort from my part
I played a piece in which i had difficulties playing with my previous flute with the Pearl it came out so easy and so lovely like "musical" poetry
I am thrilled with my Pearl and also with your gift (the pearl bag)
A million thanks to your staff which was extremely helpfull especially Adam and Tim

This flute is beautifully made. The key mechanism is smooth and the sound is lovely. Notes that were difficult on my previous flute come easily on the Pearl 795 Vigore.
A sheer pleasure to play.

5 out of 5 “Best decision ever”

After almost 2 years of pondering I finally made the decision and purchased this flute. I've always played on a Pearl, which I bought 2nd hand in 1986, so it was time to upgrade. Straight out of the box, first blow and, WOW ! I couldn't believe how easy it was to play. The Forza cut makes controlling the sound so easy, and so much more versatility. Definately the best decision I've made for many, many years.

2 out of 5 “Way too sharp”

I couldn’t play this instrument in tune. I play in groups so I need to tune A to 440. Pushed in all the way A= 452 With 5mm pulled out it was around A=448. I found there was barely any headjoint left in the body once I’d got it in tune. It was also then out of tune with itself. I checked the headjoint cork position and it was fine. Compared to other headjoint lengths it was around 1-2cm shorter. Such a shame as I wanted to love it. The mechanism was nice and smooth and it’s a beautiful looking instrument. If I played by myself I may have kept it. Sadly had to send back.
