How to Send Us Your Instrument

You should make sure that your instrument is adequately insured in transit: most instrument insurance policies exclude loss or damage to an instrument in transit.

There are plenty of couriers out there, but we suggest Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is available from the Post Office. This will insure an item up to £2,500 in value, is next day and is tracked. Make sure you you select the 1pm delivery option and not the 9am delivery option, as our shop does not open until 9:30.

However you send your instrument, make sure it is well-packed and remember to include as many ways of getting in contact with you as possible! Instruments should be addressed to the correct department at:
