I studied flute performance as a quarter of my Music degree, particularly enjoying playing the baroque flute. I am a Member of the British Flute Society and thoroughly love being part of the flute community.

I have been teaching privately and in schools for over twenty years. I really enjoy teaching and working with students, whether children or adults, at all levels. I work hard to motivate and encourage students to fulfil their potential.

I am very open to teaching a wide range of musical styles and enter students for exams, should they wish, currently ABRSM and Trinity exam boards.

I also rehearse an adult flute choir 'Tutti Flutti' which meets once a week during the day with piccolo, alto and bass flutes.
