I have been teaching in primary and secondary schools in Croydon as well as at my home for over 30 years. I teach adults and children from the age of 5 and can also offer tuition in music theory. Paired lessons are available for beginners. I enter students for ABRSM exams and have 100% pass rate for over 25 years. I also enter pupils for local music festivals with excellent results. Pupils are encouraged to play at concerts to practice performance skills. Several of my former pupils have gone on to become music teachers themselves. I have also enjoyed teaching my own three children.

During lockdown, the majority of students continued lessons via remote learning and this proved to be very successful. Remote lessons are still used occasionally by students when needed.
